Rewei is a 34 year old goodra-number 82: heartlandraco hybrid living in the sonic world. She's fat...but made of a mix of goodra goo and plastic (maybe a bit of metal for the key). She can be quite goofy, using the key's wind up as a way of inflating/getting fat (though as depicted is her normal size), though it's primary purpose is to allow her to move faster (the more it's wound up, the longer she can maintain high speed). She has the powers of a goodra and number 82: heartlandraco. She resides in meteortech premises, helping it become a home for those of a "toy" based nature. She can fly (only going fast if she's boosted by boost rings or using extreme gear made for flight/air riding).
