Tu Li’s legs were no longer able to move, and her arms could barely move around in the thick quicksand. All while the thick bubbling mud clung tightly to her smooth skin, as it wanted more of her and was willing to pull her down further to do so. With her body about to be fully submerged in the quicksand, Tu Li gave one last effort to try and get out. Using what strength she had left, Tu Li did what she could to raise up her left arm. To her relief, she was able to get her left hand free. But that relief was quickly short lived, as Tu Li was about to go down completely in the mud. With no more strength left in her, Tu Li could do nothing but take in a very deep breath, as her head went down the quicksand. As Tu Li’s head went down into the bubbling pit, the only parts that were still seen from above was her free left hand, and her long red hair. And as all seemed lost for the Amazonian Jungle Girl, a large and long white scaly body started to go into the quicksand.
