Xilong is a 25 year old nidorino-accel synchro stardust dragon hybrid living in the sonic world. He's fat, this does not slow him down. He may have some stardust dragon related tendencies (though his means of "negating the effect" is warping with the threat somewhere into space...then warping back without the threat). He has the powers of a nidorino and accel synchro stardust dragon (along with the speed of one). He can travel to other universes, making use of speed and space survivability.
