The most powerful villain in Northwind City, Thalamus uses his super intelligence to create a wide variety of gadgets that can be used to take down the heroes. An accident cost him an antler and an eye, but his artificial replacements gave him a nice surprise: technopathy to control his inventions (and other random electronics as needed). His suit also gives him incredible strength and endurance. Thalamus believes very strongly in 'honor among thieves' and is willing to ally himself with other villains in order to further his goals.
