I didn't think I wanted to do any more full, detailed backgrounds but after a few months break, (thanks to working 7 day weeks for too long), I felt like doing this girl. I've also been wanting to do a tigress with full BG. Maybe soon but I'll be getting back to the YCHs today.
I will be put Frost up for auction next weekend. There will be an auto buy but will be pretty high, maybe $600.
I thought up a story line for her and may add it in detail later.
Basically she is the product of a curse placed on her mother by a jilted lover which ended up residing in her unborn child. Any living animal gets frostbite at the slightest contact with Frost and a full grip will freeze the subject solid in seconds. The curse took affect on the child's first breath. (There is a lot more detail if I get to it...)
OK, MARCY MADE ME WRITE THIS!
Eventually, Frost took up a role as a guardian of her people. But she also became grumpy, well downright surly, as she matured for though she felt normal, with all the wants and physical desires as any of her kind, she was unable to be touched by another living creature. So she spent most of her time alone and brooding but still watchful...
Then one day a strange creature fell from the sky in a ball of fire and crashed into a nearby forest. It was found the next day amid the wreckage of a small craft, a boat for the sky, rather than water, some suggested. Whatever the case, the being was badly hurt and it was decided to bring it back to the village to try and nurse it back to health in order to learn more about it. Frost was brought in to stand guard as the creature was attended to as it recovered.
Some days later, as Frost sat at the patient's bedside, eyes closed and drifting in and out of dream-sleep, she could hear the wind blowing and felt the strange warmth of it ruffling the fur of her arm. She slowly returned to wakefulness and her surroundings and then turned her head to look down upon her charge. Her eyes grew large as she met its eyes looking up into hers, then she felt the wind, once more caress the fur of her forearm that was wresting on the bed. She watched in disbelief as the strange being stroked the fur of her arm from near her elbow to her wrist, then he, (yes, they saw right off it was a male), lifted his hand and went to repeat the process but at the next touch, she recoiled and quickly withdrew her arm as if it was she that was being harmed. The creature also withdrew his arm but only as if offended or had thought he had offended. She looked incredulously at her arm and then to his, thinking that she'd see some sign of freezing or at least a trace of frost and frostbite but there was nothing. She thought this over for a moment then motioned for him to extend his arm out to her once again. He did so tentatively and she too, tentatively, reached out and touched his wrist for the slightest of time. Nothing happened save for his apparent expression of curiosity. She touched him again, prolonged this time, then drew her fingers up his arm before withdrawing her hand. He did not attempt to withdraw it or show any sign of discomfort and a visual examination of the area, made easy by the odd, nearly hairless skin that covered most of his body, showed no sign of damage. In fact, it was she who had a strange sensation during the brief contact, warmth, for any time she he had ever touched another person, accidental or intentional, the sensation had always been of cold.
Frost sat back in her chair and contemplated what just happened. She looked at her hand then to his arm and then once again into the strange, curious eyes of this, hmmm... visitor. "He can touch me." she thought, over and over, "He can touch me!"...

NOW SEE WHAT YOU DID?! You Made me Write something to go with this piece. I had an outline written but nothing abbreviated like this. If you don't mind, I'm gonna put this in the description. :)

thank god, the curse takes everything literally! XD
I'm happy for her that Fortuna, the goddess of fate, sent this chance of interpersonal warmth to finally fulfill her longing.
Enjoy kitten! :D
haha, if this is what I can make you do, I gladly take credit :P
joking aside, thank you very much for the story! *tight hugs*
