As this version of Exsavigh acquires biomass, new abilities and shapes are possible and the combined cells have more intelligence. The gloopy cells are not so good when there aren't that many of them, but they can do a lot more in huge numbers.

Background information common to all variants:
Exsavigh is an analytical defender-type character who desires to do good. He likes science and nuclear energy, but also getting to mess up the bad guys that always seem to show up when times are lawless.

This radiation-and-fire-based dragon lives in a radioactive mine/complex with glowing blue crystals growing the cave portion. A more well-furnished portion of the cave's upper floors contains living space with the usual accommodations, as well as a workshop of contraptions for processing those crystals into transformation-y magic items to sell.

The mines also have snakey-kobold laborers.
