No, most of the time he is so unpredictable and aggressive, he attacks anything that moves. his vision is "Seeing Red" It's an unfocused enraged vision, Sorta poor eyesight unless he keeps still long enough for it to clear up to n' focus. only then if he was to spots Cecil, he has a chance to recount who he is and knows to leave him alone or keep him safe if under danger (aka just attack the other thing)
