Savour these stunning swirled buns from the kitchens of

So, I was up for baking something as well as experimenting, and here's the result! Cinnamonbuns but without the cinnamon! *Gasp!*
Ingredients:
DOUGH
5 dl milk
50 g yeast
1,5 dl sugar
0,5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cardamom
15 dl wheat flour
125 g butter
1 egg
FILLING
125 g butter
1,5 dl sugar
2,5 tablespoons of cocoapowder
1 tablespoon of vanilla milkshake-powder
How to:
1. Heat up the milk until it's roughly 37 Celsius, and crumble the yeast into a large plastic bowl. Pour the milk over into the bowl and stir until the yeast have dissolved.
2. Add the sugar, salt, cardamom and roughly 13dl of the flour into the bowl and stir. Then, add the butter and knead into into a dough.
3. Cover the bowl with a kitchentowel and let it swell up for 30 minutes. While waiting, mix together the other half of the butter, sugar, chocolate and vanilla-powder.
4. When the 30 minutes have passed, tuck the dough so it's nice and flat. Then, spread the mixture you had just made over the dough. Then roll the dough and cut roughly 2cm pieces off of the roll and put into baking cups. Once done, cover them with the kitchentowel you used before and let them swell for another 30 minutes. While waiting, preheat the oven to 250 Celsius.
5. When done, lightly brush the top of the buns with the egg and then put them into the oven for about 10 minutes. When the 10 minutes have gone, take them out of the oven and cover them with the kitchentowel again to let them cool off.
