"Thanks for taking me out, Oyankhe! This was a wonderful birthday!"

Having friends from the far reaches of the galaxy is so special, especially when they come by for a surprise visit! And here Oyankhe is, stopping by Aunov to give Cookie one on his birthday, going out on the town and taking a friendly picture on such a beautiful day! This one is framed in his room, it's one of his favorite pictures from a wonderful day.

This is part of a series of pictures that a very close friend of mine gave me permission to reupload to my DeviantArt gallery, as he is not on any other platform at the time of this upload. This one from 2019 was given to me by him for my birthday, and is one of my absolute favorite gifts! I love the simplicity of it, the friendly vibe on a bright and beautiful day, and I adore the proportions he gave Cookie to match Oyankhe's. They're so shiny! While not the first time, this began a trend that I failed to show of Cookie wearing some fancy sci-fi glasses. I've never been able to get it to look its best but I always loved the shapes and styles of the future, often inspired by Animal Crossing's HUD facewear. Almost every picture he's drawn of Cookie since have included them as his normal eyewear, and I remember telling him that I wanted him to keep doing that! I'm always excited to see this one appear on my wallpaper rotation, because of how much I love it, and I hope you all love it just as much as I do.
