Literally the first thing that came to mind when I saw the prompt.

I'm so worried about what's happening today,
In the Middle East you know,
And I'm so worried about the baggage retrieval system they've got at Heathrow.
I'm so worried about the fashions today,
I don't think they're good for your feet,
And I'm so worried about the shows on TV that sometimes they want to repeat.
I'm so worried about what's happening today you know,
And I'm worried about the baggage retrieval system they've got at Heathrow.
I'm so worried about my hair falling out,
And the state of the world today,
And I'm so worried about being so full of doubt about everything anyway.

Well keep in mind Monty Python was mostly produced in the 70s. Back then airlines/airports in general had a pretty bad habit of losing luggage and Heathrow was particularly notorious for it (largely due to the sheer volume of traffic it handled). So while it's not quite up there with some of the other items mentioned in the song worrying about your baggage being lost at Heathrow was a valid concern.
With advances in technology this fear has largely abated, Heathrow actually has a very nice automated baggage handling system (see here for a video tour of it). So while Heathrow is a horrible airport from a travel perspective, you generally don't need to worry about your bags getting lost.
