Was debating for a long while on whether to post it or not. It's been admittedly kind of quiet here this year.

Cloud Ghouls, a creature from Shadows of the Bailey, are created when a portion of Energy from something commonly referred to 'The Glitch' get into. Well. The clouds. They are souls of the dead that are captured in a cumulus or other, they turn into little imps that rampage for a while.

Usually they dissipate within a couple of days, but ones born from storm clouds get a black cranium, lapin-like ears and can exist until destroyed. They're nuisances at best, not a threat.
