Actually, considering the contract and the books of this reality both seem to be written in whatever text the fae use, even without a physical copy of the contract on hand, understanding the pictographic scrawl the fae use in an “ordinary” book should help Virmir understand what the contract said, so long as they can remember what it depicted.
