Vessie is a 28 year old inflatable nidoqueen living in the sonic world. She's inflated (surprise), not fat. She's essentially a sentient pooltoy. She works as a lifeguard. She has the powers of a nidoqueen though some moves may not be as effective as they normally would be. She may squeak when she moves due to her inflatable nature. She can use her butt and or belly to bounce higher (the bigger either is, the higher the bounce). She usually tries to cover the plug on her thigh when she's off duty, when she's on the clock it is uncovered (both due to wearing a lifeguard suit and for ease of access incase she needs to be a bit...larger).
