He is kind of a snob, the kind that acts all nice at 1st before using it to pivot to something he doesn’t like about you sort. Though maybe that one doesn't capture the entirety of Cloud’s antagonistic... smug jerk vibes. Heheh. But he isn’t a villain. Think more so like a “Erm actually you’re not allowed to that-“ kind of not evil, just insufferable. Correct in technically, incorrect in their tact. Think your local college teacher despite not having the doctorate. Yeeee~ it’s an easy correlation, though this guy isn’t a celebrity, just an uppity “I’m sooo normal and you’re not” kind of person who says a lot of things that aren’t completely wrong but in the most obnoxious and rude ways about it. Never the less he does do his rescue team job well and upkept a decent rank. He likes doughnuts~
