Kalko - is a sadistic schoolgirl, an evil anime hero, and the main character of the defunct anime "University of Light Magic". Character for a parody-story.
Kalko is a distant relative of the mysterious and enigmatic Headmistress of the University of Light Magic. The Headmistress is so powerful and evil ("There is no witch in the world more evil") that even the mention of her name can bring a curse on ordinary, untrained people who have no magical abilities. When entering the University of Light Magic, Kalko, on the Headmistress' orders, imitated an ordinary anime schoolgirl who "was able to enter the University of Light Magic by complete accident, while having no magical abilities." Of course, this "legend" of Kalko's turned out to be a lie.
At the age of ten, Kalko was taken into the care of the Headmistress and humbly awaited her chance to make a name for herself as a new anime hero. But only when the Headmistress needed her to. After all, Kalko was very afraid of angering her powerful patron.
After the anime's hero Silamia, a schoolgirl mage at the University, no longer wanted to kill monsters and gave up her status as "anime hero", the Headmistress urgently summoned Kalko to replace Silamia.
This makes Kalko feel inferior - a mere substitute for a more successful and famous anime hero. In an attempt to achieve the same level of popularity as the former anime heroine, Kalko walks over the heads of other students, as well as the corpses of dozens of monsters, towards her dream of becoming the most powerful anime hero in the history of mankind. If Kalko has to commit genocide against a race of monsters and then a race of humans to achieve his dream, Kalko will gladly commit these atrocities.
Ironically, Kalko entered the University of Light Magic when her anime hero's superpower was very much diminished, due to the fact that Kalko hadn't used her superpower in six years - at the time she entered the University of Light Magic, Kalko was 16 years old. Therefore, Kalko was able to easily deceive the admissions committee of the university's teachers that she "never had magical powers, but she really wants to go to the University of Magic." The Headmistress' plan worked - Kalko immediately became a prominent student at the University because she "has no magical abilities".
Later, the principal of the university devised a new plan to quickly awaken Kalko's dormant magical superpower before Kalko lost it for good because she had not used it for a long time. The centerpiece of the evil plan to turn Kalko into the anime's new evil main character and the University of Light Magic's best super-soldier was to be an ancient black dragon named Gromozak (The magic eater dragon), captured by the Headmistress long ago and hidden by the evil sorceress in an anti-magical sarcophagus prison. It was this innocent, kind and unfortunate dragon-eater that Kalko was supposed to kill, according to the Headmistress' plan, with special sadism, so that the evil Kalko would reawaken the anime hero's enormous magical power - almost as it was then, six years ago.
His hatred of monsters motivates Kalko to be rude in conversation, and in battle to brutally torture his monster opponents to death, taking pleasure in the process. Kalko's hatred of monsters has made her bald, which only adds to her motivation to exterminate all the monsters in her home world of Animuverse. After all, if there are "no monsters in Animuverse, Kalko will have no one to hate." However, this phrase of Kalko's is just an excuse and an attempt to justify her desire to be a sadistic and very bloodthirsty anime hero who never spares monster opponents. However, this is what the other anime heroes do as well. Therefore, against the background of other anime heroes, Kalko stands out almost nothing.
The only monster Kalko hates more is Silamia Foxtar, a girl wizard and former hero of the anime, who was replaced by Kalko at the behest of the Headmistress to become the new hero of the University of Light Magic. Kalko genuinely believes Silamia to be a traitor, as Foxtar once got bored with genocide of monsters, against all anime canons. Silamia got her catharsis and wanted to spare the monsters, as well as be friends with them. Such a brazen violation of the anime canon, Kalko couldn't forgive Silamia and took personal cruel revenge. Venedetta Kalko, however, ended with the final and irrevocable death of Kalko herself. She deserved it, though, because Kalko - is a greedy bastard.
Kalko's main abilities.
Fireball - All students and teachers at the University of Light Magic (where Kalko studies) have the ability to attack with fire magic projectiles - students can shoot fire arrows (Small fireball, about the size of a palm), teachers at the university throw real fireballs. Kalko is the evil main hero of the anime (There are no good anime heroes in the world of Animuverse. As in the vast majority of anime and manga) and Mary Sue, so even in her student status, Kalko can attack with fireballs, as well as combine two of her fireballs into one to do a lot of damage to enemies and burn them alive. However, Kalko is much more comfortable burning opponents with the magical arrows of the anime hero's bow, so Kalko rarely uses the "Fireball" spell.
Unique fighting style - Though Kalko is an untalented and unskilled mage, she is capable of occasional training. Really only through a "trigger" (Hello, Trigger!). The trigger for Kalko learning a special melee technique was her over-the-top hatred for Silamia, a former anime hero whom Kalko wanted to kill hand-to-hand to prove her superiority. With the help of magic, Kalko learned the techniques of hand-to-hand combat, as well as the skill of using the personal vehicle of the fairy students of the University of Light Magic - a magical mop-hammer - as a battle staff.
Mage of Illusions - Kalko wields illusion magic to supplement her melee techniques. Kalko most often uses two spells of the "school of illusions" - the "Attack of Clones" spell, which creates doppelgangers of the one who used it, and the "Invisibility" spell, which makes Kalko temporarily invisible to creatures with normal, three-color vision. The rest of Kalko's "school of illusions" spells are often forgotten about.
"Attack of the Clones" - is a "school of illusions" spell that creates up to fifteen of Kalko's doppelgangers, who die from even a kick. The doppelgangers do not speak, do not have a copy of the anime hero's bow, and can only attack with fireballs, or mop-hammers, at close range. Their air dodging skill is noticeably weaker than Kalko's.
The anime hero bow - A light and sturdy golden telescoping magic bow shaped like the letter "M", with sharp ends and white skull plates, firing green magic arrows in the form of energy blobs - Kalko's main weapon in ranged combat. The anime hero's bow is the personal design of the University Headmistress. This weapon exists in only two copies - Kalko's and Silamia's. The anime hero bow is able to take the magic powers of slain opponents and transfer them to the owner of the bow, gradually strengthening him to the level of elite anime heroes. It can also partially absorb spells that enemies use to attack the bow or its wielder, recharging itself from such enemy attacks. An anime hero's bow can be customized to obey only one specific anime hero. After that, only the owner will be able to shoot from this bow. This person will also be able to attract the bow to him or her from a distance. However, the anime hero's bow can also be controlled by a normal person if his hatred for monsters is very high. The anime hero's bow can be used as a melee weapon - the bow can create a sharp, slashing light blue energy barrier on its front "border", or a light blue magical energy blade on the side, closer to the sharp end of the bow. This blade is well suited for pinpoint strikes against large enemies.
Magic arrow "Fortitude" ("Soul Force", Super-arrow) - This arrow can only be created by an anime-hero if he has an anime-hero bow. The "Fortitude" super-arrow is the embodiment of the anime hero's bow wielder's concentrated, most intense hatred of monsters. The super arrow has incredible destructive properties and can kill most magical creatures, including creatures that can absorb magic. "Fortitude" is guaranteed to kill magic-eating creatures in one hit if they swallow it. However, creating a super arrow literally destroys the soul of the anime hero who used it. The more often the anime hero uses the "Fortitude", the faster he will go insane and become uncontrollable. The only difference between the "Fortitude" arrow and a regular anime hero's bow magic arrow is its smaller size and longer preparation time. It also, of course, has a very huge attack power.
Yaoi chains - is Kalko's unique spell that creates magical chains capable of entangling even a giant dragon and strangling it - if it does not resist. However, yaoi chains have no homing ability and cannot pierce medium level magic armor. Yaoi chains are durable but fragile items. If the victim actively prevents the yaoi chains from entangling themselves, the chains will soon crack and fall apart.
Mop-hammer flight - The ability to fly the unique vehicle of the University's fairy students, the mop-hammer, is one of the main skills of the graduates of this monster-slaying academy. Kalko, in her quest for fame, was never able to learn how to fly this vehicle very fast. However, Kalko is able to dodge enemy projectiles and attacks if she flies a mop-hammer in the air.
Daggers of Hate - Kalko can throw three magical daggers that will fly towards the target until she is killed. The daggers cannot deal lethal damage to magical monsters, but can quickly kill normal humans and low-level mages, as they are able to dodge enemy attacks. Daggers of hate cannot attack targets that are in a different category of target types. For example, a Kalko on the ground cannot attack flying targets with Daggers of hate, and vice versa. Daggers also have a maximum allowable attack distance. Creatures that can absorb magic can eat hate daggers without pain. Daggers of hate are slightly stronger than regular throwing knives, so they can be broken or parried by non-magical weapons.
Help of the Headmistress - If the anime hero - Kalko - is killed in battle, she will be resurrected by the Headmistress of the University of Light Magic. However, one day the Headmistress gets tired of resurrecting Kalko...
