12/26/'24-GCLF winning houses: 1/33 Livermore-front(1/3)
WELCOME! If you are a fan of the show on the US channel ABC, The Great Christmas Light Fight: https://abc.com/show/1e6aba98-1799-.....f-9c4439e0a55d , I have gone on this date to see these houses that have won the prize of $50 thousand and won the trophy. I did this as a good keepsake as these houses were great in their own way. I have a good memory of the houses when I went to them, and I feel entertained by what they had to offer. Yes, if it is the northern hemisphere, trimming the house is fun for many, and the owners of them aren't in for the money only, but for the pride, and the joy of having to cheer visitors up in seeing their works of art. I do like these-they are good local landmarks! I will agree, that for a house to be in lights for the holidays, it is a great time if you are ever on vacation to enjoy the Christmas Sprit in the area.
Story here is that I would have fursuited and visited the house just like the Romberios in Novato, CA ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/34338147/ I have 15 pictures!) when they won the 2019 GCLF, but my fursuit head was damaged and can't be used again. However, that did not stop me from going, and I felt that if there is such a house that won such a contest, I feel that after the Romberios posting since many FA users looked at it with glee and even faved them, I decided to do it again fursuit or not-I feel that everyone all over the world if they can't see the ABC show, they should see what my home metro area should have in making everyone all cheery and bright.
As it has been with the contests going on in the ABC show, it never ceases to amaze me on how many people would go an devote their time to make their houses so nice. Well, for this one, this is no exeption! In this one, they have counted all the lights, and they have more than 900,000 lights to show in this exhibit, and it is a spectacle to see the trees all decorated this way! You will soon see that it is a tradition, and it will be every December that he does trim his house for the holidays.
This is the eastern side of the house taken across the street- you will see that though not close, the trees are the most PROMINENT thing to see here...
