TW: Pet Loss
My friend's bunny Rivet passed away today. She was a special needs bunny with a twisted damaged arm, but she was a spunky lil wriggle worm! Not being able to walk didn't stop her from getting all the yummies and love. <:
I was her sponsor, I'd cover any vet bills I could for my friend. :) Unfortunately, we only got a rabbit savvy vet last Feb. Well after her arm was salvageable. (The vets here do not have much love for Rabbits.) Sadly, Rabbits can go down hill FAST. Within 6 hours, she was escorted by the black rabbit of inlé to join Lord Frith.
She was a cutie, and we knew her time would be short. She was adopted a year and a half ago. She was found dumped in the street with 5 other rabbits, her arm twisted backward, with sore hocks. She was VERY underweight (4lbs) and over grown nails. My friend got her up to around 7.2lbs and spoiled her rotten, caring for her every day and making sure Rivet was comfy! :)
