Ammon Salim grew up on the streets of Northwind City, quickly becoming adept at fighting and parkour, as well as developing a real skill at lockpicking and thievery. Breaking into the Northwind City Museum one night, an Ankh necklace caught his eye. Donning the necklace, the jackal realized he could now had a sixth sense to predict exactly when and where his opponents were about to strike. He adopted the name Dodger, and uses his powers and skills for personal gain, and to make the superheroes look bad by continually failing to capture him.
