This is a birthday present for my friend 
TheDogwhitaTail.
It involves his TUFF OC Sharp Beak carrying three captives who tried to stop her from committing a crime. However, they aren't TUFF agents, they're Interpol cops, and you know who they are. They're Carmelita Fox, Sarah Brendhart, and Mai Ling, and they seem to be a little sacked up at the moment.
However, Sharp Beak seems to be having a bit of trouble lifting the three cops. She's struggling to fly away with her captives and is finding it difficult to lift up three fully grown women in burlap sacks. Sharp Beak thinks they need to lose some weight so it would be easier for her to carry them.
Ah, well. Such is life for a criminal.
