This is Eirik Watt, one of two inventors of Verona Watt, a company on the cutting edge of motor vehicle technology. Although most of the portraits I do are pure sepia, Eirik is one of the few special cases of some color, being his green eyes. He's known for being incredibly charismatic, intelligent, and insightful, reading people like an open book. He hired the party to come protect Verona Watt's prized dirigible on its first major test flight, as an oracle predicted it would get attacked by a flying monster!
