Judikael Fosse is the older brother to Amando, and WOULD be the heir to the Fosse family if he didn't have what's known as the God's Blight, a type of mental sickness anyone born before the divine war can get, and he was born about a year before it. While Amando was tolerable, Judikael was not, and flew off the handle at a servant, smacking them across the face for everyone to see. Judikael was more of a flavor NPC than anything else.
