First of all - he is not exactly the military person!
Rusty or Linkas Rustedy is character of my fictional universe which I may or not talk and make art on later :) He is the one of "antar-trois" - the guards of the frontier between the usual countryside and the reality-warped territory the half of our world became in the far future.
His race is the Felin - genetically modified by long-extinct humans and evolved, well, felines. Rusty in particular is the lynx-tiger hybrid, which became possible in-universe because of the scientific and medical progress.
