It would depend on the allergen (and could be something IN the perfume, not the perfume itself). If it's a common ingredient, you're more likely to come into contact with it. If it's something more exotic, the absence of the epipen would be more probable. Also, he did accidentally spray her in the face.
OMG! So THAT was Chelsea's plan!! How could Peter ever listen to her and take her advice?? He knew there was something weird about her when she suggested that perfume, didn't he??
And most important: why would Chelsea want to do that to Whitney?? Perhaps she's jealous because Whitney's much prettier than her, or may be because Whitney didn't invite her to the party (nope, I can't see Chelsea in any of the latest 4 pages...)
*sighs* I guess we'll just have to wait and see
