Well, here's my last submission for the Capricorn Cat project of the year. January 17th, while it may have passed, marks the birthday of the black jaguar Panthy from El Arca. Dubbed in English by Heather Gallagher, she is among one of Dagnino's group of predators who lures Xiro into a trap so that Dagnino can usurp him as leader of the animals on board Noah's Ark. While she doesn't get any comeuppance with Dagnino and his cronies, she does end up dancing in cage at the ending of the film. She has the potential for redemption, if only the writers of the film could do more as I could see her making amends with both Xiro and Kairel and dancing alongside with them uncaged, and she will be one of my favourite cartoon cat girls along with Blaze, Penelope and Kairel.

Happy Belated Birthday, Panthy! And I hope everyone enjoyed watching me make my run through the cream of the crop of the Capricorn Cats, that will be all for now, until next time!
