Hey, it's another Calypso "Cee-Cee" Cousteau pic, and again she's actually wearing clothes!
Ok, in all seriousness, this pic was inspired by this one by
Spunky, which in turn was a request to draw an anthropomorphised version of real life otter, Otter 841, which incidentally I had heard of, but didn't know she was named. The 841 on Cee-Cee's shirt is an homage to both Spunky's drawing and Otter 841.
Cee-Cee's hair looks really short in this pic, it's not....it's platted in the back but due to the angle one can't tell.
