This guy has been appearing in my dreams for the past few days and I jotted him down in a surprisingly short amount of time... Also, in a brand new style I've never tried... I'm pleased with the results.
From what I gather from the dreams he's been in, Wendigo (named for his colour and behavior in-dream) is a sign of quick and violent change through personal challenge... In every dream, he went through other fokkle fleets, challenging their leaders, and assimilating the fleets for his own. He was a roving male of a very unusual colour (male fokkles are usually very dark with a white face mask), but ended up with a massive fleet by the end of his dream series. I can only hope this "violent change" in my life is going to be for the better... For once, I wasn't seeing the dream through my body. I was watching him.
This is also the start of the fokkles being publicly diversified. There are plenty of different colours in my sketchbook, including different pinion patterns, but Wendigo must be the albino of the fokkle branch... He sort of manifested on his own and I've never seen that sort of colouration in any of my references. He's certainly his own creation.
