Nanuq is Baltofan95's character, SMG4Verse's Mario and Peach are from Nintendo's Mario and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod. Inspired from the Goldilocks and the Three Bears fairy tales.

Mario was sneaking around Nanuq's home to steal any spaghetti she just made for her adoptive doggy family, but he managed to escape while she spotted Peach, thought she has taken them and belly flopped her to try to retrieve them back. Peach is like "Wow, how rude." and the bear lady is like "Says the woman who would dare steal any food that belongs to my family." Meanwhile, Mario is laughing as he continues to run away.
