John and Dudley were called in to deal with a mole criminal carrying a cartoonishly humongous hammer called Whack-A-Moley, and he's looking to pound somebody with that huge hammer of his. He's got a huge bump on his head that might have made him go absolutely bonkers, and now he's taking it out on anyone he can smash his hammer on, including two canine TUFF agents who are trying to stop him.

I'm not sure how powerful he is with that hammer, but I have a hunch that it's gonna hurt like heck if anyone got hit by it. So, John and Dudley had better stay on their toes when battling this guy!
