Zak's from Dragon Tales, Corphish's from Nintendo's Pokemon and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod. It is done through  Fox King and Dragon Lord's choice as part of the celebration of late Valentines, early Easter and future St. Patrick days.

Zak was fooling around with this Corphish and is being chased by it. While doing so, he is like "HA! Can't pinch me, dude!" and then this Pokemon is like "Hey, hey! You come back here!"
