Out of all the Comicgers, Aaron McCroaky is probably the one with the busiest life. In addition to being a Comicger, he also runs the Amphibians' Rights Association, ensuring proper treatment and rights to all the amphibians in Petropolis. So, he probably doesn't have time to settle down and have a relationship with someone.
However, Linda Starchild approaches him with a prediction she had upon hearing him talk about it. She said that later that night, an attractive woman will appear on his doorstep ready to go on a romantic date with him. Aaron, who is skeptical of her psychic powers, tells her that he'll believe it when he sees it, but on his way home, he picked up some flowers in case his surprise does show up.
That night, Aaron's date shows up, and when he answered the door, he saw that it was Linda herself. She probably could've just asked him, but she thinks that being vague about it to him was more fun. Plus, she needed to make a prediction so she could write it off on her taxes as a business expense. Oh, well.

At least she and Aaron are gonna have a great time together.
