I've actually been listening to the audio books. In the middle of the second book currently. Been quite entertaining and different!

Didn't expect to see art of it but love to see it!

I wonder if it wouldn't have been more interesting to try and save the plot twist for the reader for a later time but still has been good!

No, I think the twist needed to happen, otherwise the 2nd book would not be as entertaining. You wouldnt be looking for something.. You may have thought the second book is simply a rehash of the first.. Now you now things.. and knowing things gives you a critical eye.

With the way it went, yes.
I think it could have been interesting to have gone a route of giving clues and then revealing at a later time, but I still do enjoy how the second book went.
I look forward to how the next ones go!
And hopefully more art!

Yes there certainly are. I finished the second book and didn't realize that there weren't going to be more dragons involved. I was thinking it was going to go on to more of them. So yes, revealing when it did makes sense with where it went and still very much enjoyed it!
