Not seeing it makes sense with how things would have to align:
- Being pregnant during the specific date/s of the con
- Be at a 'visibly showing' stage + having a body type that to a bystander would 'look' pregnant (since every woman carries differently)
- Dressing in a manner that would make said pregnancy apparent (baggy shirts can hide alot)
So while not to say it doesn't or can't happen, alot of specific things have to occur.
- Being pregnant during the specific date/s of the con
