Oooh, one interesting cliffhanger! And I like how you balance fun size stuff with Cress piecing together the mystery, side of the plot. Also gotta mention I like the care you put into formatting and presentation as well! It's one of those things that helps elevate, in my eyes (i'm a sucker for design kinda stuff)
Thanks! The formatting and presentation was one of the things I concentrated on in this chapter, like for instance Cress's dream being in gray font color and gradually darkening when he was abruptly woken up. I also made sure to carefully balance the fun adventure Carlos was having at his extremely tiny size with solving the actual mystery (both of these things weren't in the RP actually so it was a lot of fun to expand on these ideas). The hardest part for me was describing Carlos's POV while Nobi and Cress were arguing with each other. I actually had to scrap those pages the first time around and rewrite them, but I'm glad I did it with the way it came out.
That said, I can't wait to get to work on Chapter 3 and get it out. It's been a lot of fun adapting our RP into this story.

Another great chapter. I really like how natural the different characters feel when interacting with each other. Furthermore, you really did a good job with the descriptions and the contrast between the nano perspective and the normal-sized one. I eagerly look forward to the next chapter ^^
Thank you very much! I really like the cast of characters we got so far, it's been interesting and fun writing their interactions with each other. It was a struggle at first to figure out how to get Carlos's point of view in, but I figured out it worked pretty well when I described the movement from his perspective when he was involved and weaved that in. Also, thanks for looking forward to the next chapter! Hopefully it shouldn't take me long to get it ready.
