Alot of the time it is usually just all in your head. It’s hard to let go and enjoy yourself and achieve your goals. But you gotta work through those hurdles as you go. It’s a process, but the payoff is worth it if it means you being your best self without hurting yourself. <3
I’m really curious to see where the narrative goes from here, i’d love for basil to start like, questioning why he feels he needs to lose weight or wether he’s happy trying to accomplish this goal. Part of him feels like he’s not allowed to be happy until he’s thin. Idk. Common feelings.
