Tortellini, one of my favorite pastas. These cheese filled rings are always a delight and easy to prepare! Just boil some water and let them go until they float to the top. Strain and sauce!
This was topped with a prepared chicken tender from one of the local Publix Deli's around here as well, but you could top it with whatever you like.

Bacon makes everything better, right? Well this is a dish that uses a great bacon flavor, some good cheesy goodness, and some great pasta with it too. Something to share with the family or just to enjoy yourself.
Prep:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add in one 19oz bag of frozen tortellini and cook until they float to the top. Drain and rinse with cool water to stop the cooking.
4 strips of bacon (Cut into bite size pieces)
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 small tomato, diced
1 green onion, sliced thinly
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 oz cream cheese, softened\
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Prepared tortellini (See above)
1 hot chicken tender (Per plate)
Saute the bacon on medium high heat until it is starting to brown. Add in the onion and cook for several minutes until the onion becomes translucent and softens. Add in the garlic, tomato, and half of the green onion. Cook for one minute.
Add in the cream cheese and mix thoroughly to melt, then add in the cheese and the tortellini. Gently mix to combine and coat the tortellini with the sauce.
Plate, sprinkle with remaining green onion as a garnish, and then top with cooked chicken (Or any other ingredient you might like.)
Serve and enjoy!
