Spur-of-the-moment personal art.
I procrastinated so much with art that I wanted to make up for lost time. So, here I have my imagining of Legoshi from "BEASTARS" if he were a dragon. The colours are meant for the composition. Legoshi on the manga covers always looks blue to me. The yellow is for the underbelly iconic among wolves. The grey is for smoke, as Legoshi keeps his emotions buried.
April 9 is the wolf's birthday. I also associate April 10 with my favourite young dragon, Spyro. I brought the two concepts together.
I didn't practice this. I only intended a portrait. I didn't keep track of how long I took to draw this. Inked with a ballpoint pen. Coloured with pencil crayons and markers. I drank coffee, ate a banana and pecans, and listened to the "Devil May Cry 5" soundtrack.
