A creature I saw in a dream I had tonight. Hollow, angelic figures made of a transparent, amber-colored gel, with a white and gold 'carapace' around certain points of their body. They could split down the middle, to reveal their innards- a cavity lined with sharp, backwards-facing teeth -and could swim through solid surfaces by diving into them like water, causing them to 'splash' with glowing pink and gold colors. Me and two others were fighting them in an arena; one person was unlucky enough to have half of his face sheared off when it bit him - and subsequently latched onto his skull, swallowing him whole, its internal teeth hooking into his skin and lacerating him while he writhed inside of it like a skin-suit full of thumbtacks.
