This is the ref sheet I made for the wonderful Stella the Hyena!
It's an example of my SFW ref sheet design based on a previous ref sheet they had. I typically charge $50 for a base ref sheet like this, with additional charges per round of revisions.
Process looks like this:
1.) Sketch phase: This is where I create sketches for your design, be it from a ref sheet you want updated, a fursuit, or from basic animal/art references you'd like me to emulate. I regularly take snapshots of my progress and send them your way so you can give me notes and corrections. These corrections are free of charge, as I want to make sure you are happy with my approach before moving on to the gritty deets.
2.) Lineart phase: This is where I usually bampf out the whole thing in crisp lineart, and send it to you, so you can get a feel for the composition of the ref sheet, and how it'll all look before color. This usually includes everything in light blue or black lineart. Any adjustments in this phase are also free of charge.
3.) Color: I follow your instructions and color pallet preference to reflect the design of your fursona to your liking. The first round of revisions are free, until we find the color arrangement and application you are happy with. After the first round, any changes are an additional $5-$10 depending on the complexity of the changes.
4.) Final product submission, additional feedback, and payment: At the latest stages of the game is where I start charging no lower or greater than $10 per round of changes. These changes can be made in a bulk list to tackle all changes you want. In a single round, for example, you can ask to change any proportions, shapes, design arrangements, etc. In one go, for only $10. If for whatever reason that round is not to your liking, an additional $10 may be added to the fee, since it's a late stage change. However, I usually work very closely with you for the first initial rounds so these don't happen! I just want to cover unlikely and extreme cases.
Types of Ref Sheet Orders:
I do SFW and NSFW ref sheets. Each on their own is $50. If you wsnt both, it will be $55.
SFW Basic Ref: Front, Back, Side; Left and Right (optional), Bust, Eye Closeup, Name, Color Pallet
SFW Detailed Ref: Front, Back, Side; Left and Right (optional), Bust, Eye Closeup, Name, Color Pallet, Paws/hands, 2 Alternate Poses
....
Turn Around times vary per project, and how my job workload is, but I give myself about a week or two for the whole process!
