I actually quite like noiverns and some friends have gotten me into pokemon stuff so... I made one into a OC!
It's more like my own interpretation of one made more anthro and added and changed a few things, hence the POISON/DRAGON typing.
They are a bounty hunter with a mean and rude streak in them... expect some pretty spicy art for them, eventually xD
