Surprise! I've been working out since January. This week marks the 24th week I've done so, and I finally have enough progress in some areas to lift the veil of secrecy.
Surprisingly enough, my back has the most progress, followed by my shoulders and traps. So thus, you guys get to see a picture of the former!
If I get enough positive feedback, I might show a picture of how I looked in January and how I looked in June.
By the way? I'm now up to 240 pounds. My starting weight was 214.
Eventually this will get moved to Scraps and possibly used as a new ID. MAYBE.

http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5968273/ Shameful face I have. . . Brauner says it best, I'm a derpy face bull.
Indeed. And I have to say to add me to the list of people wanting to see the other side and the rest of what you've been developing. Based on what you said about having once been much more buff, that you want to get even bigger, and that you want to give Trem a run for his money...yes, very interested here. Also, don't be so sure you can't end up like Venti...
I just wanted to congratulate you on getting a photograph that shows off your back. a) it's super annoying trickery to show them off in a self-pic, b) back muscles are immensely sexy and c) I Don't Need A C.
By the way, you have waaaay more furs fawning over than I have. That's what you get for being talented.

Nice! When
schreddedwolf and I train back day, we start with bent-over barbell rows. Those are exhausting, but effective! Keep up the GREAT work and looking forward to more progress pics as you continue on your path. Perhaps you will consider submitting yourself to
tkc2021 for his Musclefur list? http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1832993

Hey there! Just a word of encouragement!
Keep it up! Perhaps we can compare notes once I'm "done" :D
I've been working out too on a p90-X type system. I've been doing it for several weeks now, and I'm pleased with how things are turning out.
Suffice to say, you could benchpress my weight easily :P But! I'm hoping to not be such a beanpole in the near future!
*cheers for you*
I'm looking forward to further progress shots! I was considering putting up some of my own, but I'm still in the "Oh my WORD what is that thing!?"-level-of-skinny stages.
