A super villain that specializes in curses and well known arch enemy of Blazing Bombshell due to operating in her area.
Little is known about her as she's never seen without her suit, or to put it more accurate nobody knows what she looks like under it. She likey uses the curses on her suit to make her look different than she actually does. Her oversized butt is an effect of the suit while wearing it, and she might not even be a canine since she could also be cursed to look like a different species underneath it.
What is known is her specialty with curses and how she utilizes them to commit crimes. In exchange for changing her physical form. The suit is impervious to physical damage. Like if you drop a piano on her it will just bounce off her harmlessly. In exchange she can't talk at all while wearing the suit and uses a text to speech app to communicate. Her main ability is her contact curses, basically if she touches anyone she can place a temporary curse on them that lasts 10 minutes. These curses usually are ones that leave heroes unable to stop her like expanding body parts so they're too heavy to move, shrink them down so they're too small or weak to fight, or change them into harmless animals. She intentionally does this so that even if she gets caught she can't be charged for much since she didn't inflict any permanent or expensive damage. These defensive abilities are used for her job as any villains delivery girl or general distraction for them. They basically pay her to deliver items for them or cause a commotion for their own plans. She's technically a minor criminal, but she's also the most secretive as nobody knows who she really is as the suit is cursed so that only she can remove it. Despite it's impressive defense she has two big weaknesses. 1. The suit doesn't offer much magic protection, so u could take her down with long range spells. 2. And experienced magic user or dragon can protect themselves from her contact curses leaving her without any options
