September is chill in the way an apex predator is chill. Calm, self-assured, and all-around decent, not because he’s soft, but borne out of genuine self-confidence. He has the knowledge that he could kick anyone’s ass, and the understanding that he simply does not have to. More interested in conversation than conquest, unless provoked (or flirting).
🜁 Backstory
Once a dragon, September was cursed to become a pig as punishment for his greed. It only kind of worked. The curse gave him strange side effects instead of fully changing him, including a disrupted bond with his candela — a magical orb all dragons possess, which stores their memories. In a failed attempt to break the curse, he tried to shift into a canine form, but that didn’t quite work either.
Since the curse, he’s mellowed out. He has memory issues, among other things, thanks to his unstable connection with his candela, but he’s learned to live with it.
