Then imagine him finding out he wasn't human all this time, all because his parents(his lucario parents)made a wish to jarachi to hide their son as a human until he was old enough to understand.
And his human parents knew this entire time, but didn't want to say anything to respect his biological parents wishes. And then he realizes why they had given him a pokeball Keychain as a birthday gift, it wasn't a Keychain it was "his pokeball "

I was thinking if riolu evolves through friendship then it would be fitting if he "evolved with his human parents"
So he would be one of those rare "talking pokemon". Now depending if he's still in school or not, could be quite awkward, because his friends might see his different. I can imagine food would be an odd topic. Learning the moves could be eye opening... actually I think he'd be like Izuku Midoriya with learning how to control his new form
Now if he's a trainer does he Now count as part of his 6 or is he technically under a special 7th slot? Can you imagine knowing everyone's secrets just because other pokemon like to snitch?
All valid questions, learning to navigate world, the choices he has to make, which region will he start in? How will he update his id, or does that not matter now(imagine he had been a shiny lucario, that would've been a real shocker)
