luckily one of the things exoskeletons are good at is mitigating harm from falls. unluckily, it looks like Yannit's got damaged on the last page, and we haven't gotten a clear enough view to see how bad the damage is yet. Depending on the amount of damage and where the damage is she could be completely fine or already bleeding out.
I think Yannit has been replaced by Kalgkur. There is only room for one bug in this comic.
More seriously I still think Yannit has been splatted since you can't really recover from a trajectory out of a window that included enough force to shatter a leg and sent you with legs pointed out from the building. There's not much out there that would be a soft landing.

No, no, everyone has been aware of this aspect of Indrel psychology all along. It was a major source of concern for everyone, so this wasn't a surprise. Indeed, everyone was hopeful that Ran's experiments would help Yannit find her sense of belonging, or at least be a means of calming her down should things head in this direction.
Well, they were concerned because the last indrell suffered a lack of belonging, a psychotic meltdown, and a freakout. Yannit being part of Kass' "hive" seemed to be mitigating that factor, and things were looking so far relatively stable. Do not think anyone had any clue there was the potential for a specific trigger-induced episode.
Ola, OOPsie daisies! I'm here to remind you once again that there's a place called "Top Web Comics" https://www.topwebcomics.com/?home=3 that compiles comics from various places. There's a bunch of cool stuff there. They have monthly votes, so you can support OOPs there. You can vote once a day per device, so your PC, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.
I've noticed that you can sometimes even get in extra votes from different IP addresses, or if you're disconnected from your IP and open up again later.
It closed out last month at 16456 votes and 52nd place. It's currently at 2254 votes and 36th place. The highest it's reached is 24th place, and the top vote getters seem to end up with something close to 60,000 votes, at least recently.
Vote early, vote often! Help OOPs get noticed!

I'll repeat my comment on this from last time:
"The numbers at TWC have gotten very strange recently. Hundreds of votes have been showing up suddenly every day, and the rankings throughout a day have been going radically up and down. I recently noticed that this is just confined to the comics in the top 100.
This is making the numbers and rankings pretty meaningless, and is really unfair to any comic not in the top 100. It also makes it a complete crapshoot where the comics end up at the end of the month. I haven't been able to find out what's going on with this."

I do find it somewhat odd that their very first priority is what was the trigger and not… y’know… the currently injured in this event or the bug that was swatted out the window. Although to be fair, Isher’s and Kalgkur’s injuries don’t seem too terribly severe; it’s just what happened to Yannit I’d somewhat want an answer on. Potentially, she could’ve caught a ledge or suffered a very nasty, possibly fatal, fall.
