Nuther struggle meal time! Got some lemon torchietti pasta from Trader Joe's and made a big batch of soup using chicken "better than bouillon" stock, and adding black beans and corn while seasoning with lemon juice, a little yuzu ponzu sauce, lemon pepper, and garlic powder.
I really enjoyed it, the lemon pasta is very good though it's not meant for soup so you have to cut it up into smaller pieces to eat it more easily. It was filling and tasty which was all it needed to be.
