My next contribution to my Leo Pride Project, but this is something rather special, because it's not just for my fan project, it's also my contribution to the internet-wide Bowser Day phenomenon, in which fans pay tribute to Bowser in reference to the original Super Mario Bros, in which it is in World 8-4 where you face and defeat the real Bowser as the others in the previous worlds are just decoys. I don't just consider Bowser Day to be just a fanmade holiday, but also his birthday, for so many reasons. One, it just makes the most sense, as opposed to Nintendo claiming his birthday to be on February 6, 1989, which goes against the established lore of the Star Children (though they've long removed that, leaving it open for anyone to interpret things on Bowser not established yet). Second, by having his birthday be on August 4th, it makes him a Leo, which if anyone is familiar with the Zodiac, would know of the many traits of Leo which includes being confident, commanding, charismatic, passionate, loyal, protective of their loved ones, natural leaders as their positives with being thriving on attention and admiration, dominating, dramatic and stubborn as their negatives, and many of these describe Bowser to a T, and let's not forget that Leo is a fire element sign, true to Bowser's theme, and that it is represented by the lion, an animal known by many as the king of the beasts, and of course, Bowser is a king. There are much more reasons, but these really are the main two, and all in all, I think Bowser Day should be his birthday as he really oozes of many of the good and bad traits of Leo. With that said, here he is celebrating his birthday, party hat, confetti, birthday and all, he's most certainly going to light the day on fire, and in the background you can see a lion's face for him being a Leo.
