What Jessica seeing through her Helm as she gets Intel, As well Lore time of the Wasteland/Universe:
Before the Birth of the Wasteland, there was a Conflict after what many though was the Greatest War of history, a New War that lead to the Doomsday.
A War of Cultures, Ideals and Laws was raged between the greatest Country, forming there own sides. ARC the America Russia Coalition and NEO the New Europe Order. It was unclear what happened overall but NEO created a new weapon that lead to the causing the Cataclysm or Rift which not only created the Kreatures & Kaijus but also called the Alien Explorer from a far.
After the War and Cataclysm, there was no more governments as it was history yet an unspoken rule was said across the wasteland. 'NEVER speak or think of NEO, they DONT NEED A CREDIT' as there "Victory" ended everything and should only be remember as the Doombringers of the World.
The Aliens after coming to the Planet, slowly where learning of what happened even though there is still many, many mysteries to search, the agree with those of the Wasteland "NEO SHOULD NEVER BE REMEMBER"
