I’m too busy this august to properly participate in Smaugest, but I do have a little dragon related content to share~
To quickly summarize this situation… Dragon-shifter society (in my Animal Raiment setting) can be pretty barbaric. In-fighting among clan members is super common, in fact it’s encouraged in some cases. Mro (The red dragon/shifter) is used to this but Lu isn’t. When she sees her friend getting attacked she jumps to his defense and shows her aggressive side. Mro isn’t sure how to react to this, he’s greatful for the aid but he doesn’t want her fighting his battles for him.
A few visual notes… Lu’s a pretty reckless individual so she has scars. Usually the marks on her limbs are hidden under clothes or fur (in her mammal shifted forms) but they are more obvious on a dragon.
