I show here some art of Allister... because I wish to know ... what changes could I do to him?

He does need a new haircut, right?
Should he wear googles?

Is this a good story-line for him? Should something be added?

For his personality, why not give him that different hair style. Like, make it kinda long and in his face a little bit, kinda shrouding one of his eyes

Nah, he is not the type to get is yee covered, but I think I got the right haircut... something else now... perhaps he needs... EARS?

The top left is the best.
You can try make long down hair to his neck.
If you are to make him wear googles you have to change the outfit a bit and had some accessories to fit.

Yeah long hair might be a good idea

More accesories? I acxtually wanted to give him a gun, a tiny computer and some other nifty gadgets..... then a pair of googles would be ok?

Yes, you need to add lots and lots of accesories to make style with the googles.
