CRUNCH continues to work away at the icebound station, a task that is made needlessly difficult thanks to the mandatory two layers of snowsuits that he must wear when performing external work. The large increase in time needed to complete jobs only further convincing the station's AI that he needs the overencumbering clothing to stay warm for the long periods of time he's spending outside.
Today, the ambient temperature has dropped all the way down to -30°C, a temperature that CRUNCH's body is easily capable of handling without any assistance. But the station AI has deemed it necessary to force the poor cyborg into a third snowsuit, making moving around even more difficult and adding so much padding around his grippers that he can't even grab hold of anything anymore. The AI has also deemed that the snowsuits must be kept on at all times, in case the station suffers an environmental failure.
Needless to say, CRUNCH is not happy about these new developments, but with the sheer amount puffy down surrounding him, he can't even bend his arms enough to reach the zipper of his first layer, let alone try to grab it with his encased grippers. He's also not looking forward to seeing how the AI will react if the weather forecast predicts that the temperature will drop any lower...
